Deadlines & Fees
Three online Sign Up periods are scheduled for the next school year:

• [CLOSED] Early Bird Sign Up (April 3 through May 30, 2017) is for girls already in a Troop who will be returning in the fall; Early Bird girls receive a special limited edition patch.
• [CLOSED] Semester 1 Sign Up (July 1 through August 30, 2017) is for all girls (both new & returning).
• [CLOSED] Semester 2 Sign Up (December 1, 2017 through January 15, 2018) is for girls starting school in Singapore in Semester 2, and girls who were unable to sign up for Semester 1

In order to secure your daughter a place on our Sign Up roster for placement in a Troop, we must receive her completed Sign Up form and fully paid USAGSO-Singapore Program Fee before the end of the Sign Up period. This fee covers the annual operating & event expenses for the local USAGSO-Singapore non-profit organization. Our preferred method of payment is PayPal; please refer to our Payments Policy for detailed information. After your daughter is assigned to a Troop, you will be required to enroll her in the USA Girl Scouts MyGS membership system and pay her Membership Fee.

How to Sign Up

	[CLICK HERE] and fill out the Sign Up form and pay the Program Fee. This will put your daughter's name on our Sign Up Roster for placement in a Troop. Please double check your email so you can receive your confirmation. *** THE SIGN UP FORM IS NOT FORMATTED FOR USE ON SMART PHONES OR TABLETS; PLEASE USE A COMPUTER. ***
	Check your email for your Sign Up Confirmation. This has important information you need to save. If you do not get a confirmation in about 1 hour, please check your "spam" or "junk" email folder.
	If you did not use the PayPal option in the Sign Up form, please send in the USAGSO-Singapore Program Fee as per your Sign Up Confirmation email. Please note, all sign ups left unpaid at the deadline will be automatically cancelled. Please refer to our Payments Policy for detailed information.
	After the Sign Up period closes, the Registration Committee will notify you by email of your daughter's Troop placement. You will have 48 hours to request any changes before Troop rosters are finalized.
	You will be sent instructions on how to enroll her in the MyGS online membership system and pay her USA Girl Scouts Membership fee ($45 USD) which provides insurance to cover her participation in Girl Scout activities; this is MANDATORY.
