Information for Registered Parents
Several parents have reported problems receiving the confirmation email. If you already registered online and did NOT receive the email, please download this permission slip, print, fill out and sign it. Then send it by mail along with your check payment to: USAGSO-Singapore FDD, 9C Berrima Road, Singapore 299929.

Also, all registered parents please download & read this Need-to-Know document. It has important information about this event that all parents should know before attending.

Event
The 2014 Annual USAGSO-Singapore Father-Daughter Dance will be held on November 15th, 2014 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Singapore American School (SAS) in the Elementary School Gymnasium.

Theme

Swing your partner, because we're having a square dance! Fathers and daughters are in for some good ol' fashioned quality time together as they dosey-doe and promenade. Don't know how to square dance? No worries! Nobody else probably does either. We'll teach everybody! It's easy and fun - for all ages (yes, dads - you too!) So dig out your cowgirl hat, bandannas and boots and come ready to hoot and holler and have yourselves a good ol' time!

Charity Drive

USA Girl Scouts Overseas - Singapore is a socially active organization with a long standing relationship with Caring for Cambodia. At this event will be collecting donations of First Aid supplies - specifically they need bandages, band-aids/plasters, antibiotic creams or ointments, gauze pads, and medical tape. Please bring what you can; there will be collection boxes setup at the registration desk at the event for you to leave your donations.

Cost & Registration
Cost is $60 per father-daughter couple, and $90 for fathers coming with two or more daughters. Registration fee includes a BBQ dinner, dancing, western-themed games & crafts and door-gifts for scouts.

You must complete the online registration and send payment no later than November 8th, 2014. Tickets will NOT be sold at the door for this event, and late registrations will incur double cost ($120/couple and $180/3+ pax). Financial aid is available for this event; please contact gsfatherdaughter@gmail.com.

Please note that this event is intended for fathers to have a night out with their Girl Scout daughters. If a father is not able to attend, a Girl Scout may bring her mother or another “dad” (adult male) to the event. Siblings and adults without specific duties may not attend.
