It's that time of year again, when all of the talented artists in USAGSO-Singapore troops can submit their Early Bird patch designs. The winner is picked from submissions from ALL troops in the USA Girl Scouts Overseas organizations. Let's try to have a winner from Singapore this year!
Please ensure the following information is on the form for every entry:

Affiliation (WP, NA, NY, Guam): NY
The deadline for patch design submissions is March 15th, 2015. Please make sure to give your design to your troop leader, or scan and email it to singaporeocc@yahoo.com well before this deadline! The winning design will be announced by the USAGSO office in New York on March 31st, 2015.
TROOP LEADERS: The 2014-15 "penguin" badges have finally arrived. They will be distributed at the March 2nd OMT Meeting at the American Club. So, please be sure to attend!
