It's that time of year again,... time for all Girl Scout artists to submit their designs for the 2016-17 USAGSO Early Bird Patch. Girls from Girl Scouts Overseas councils all over the world participate and only ONE design is chosen by the home office in the USA. Maybe this year it will be from Singapore?
Use the link below to download the submission form and give it to your Girl Scout to create her design. Then scan or photograph it and submit follow the instructions to submit it by Feb 5th, 2016.
