| | This is the 11th year of the St Patrick’s Day Parade in Singapore and promises to be the biggest and best ever. On March 20th, 2016 come load up with goodies, get your face painted, and represent USA Girl Scouts as you march in the parade along with all the other major charitable organizations in the city.
This event goes on Rain or Shine; pre-parade activities start at 2:00 PM, and the parade starts at 3:30 PM. Any Girl Scout can participate, with or without their Troop or Leaders. Girl Scouts should wear their Girl Scout vest/sash and Girl Scout Shirt (feel free to wear some green!). It is generally very hot, so wear a hat, use sunscreen and bring a water bottle.
THIS IS NOT A DROP OFF EVENT; ADULTS MUST STAY WITH YOUR SCOUTS!!!
All participating Girl Scouts must be accompanied by an adult and bring a signed copy of the permission slip. Details on meeting location and the permission slip are posted on our Shutterfly Member's Site.
