| Collectively, our Troop leaders and Executive Committee make up our Overseas Management Team and we have responsibility for running the USAGSO-Singapore organization. We meet once per month and all troops must send at least one representative (which can be a Troop Leader or a parent) to each meeting.
This year we will be meeting on the last Monday of every month, except in cases of conflicts with national and major school holidays. We are still fine tuning the schedule, but our first meeting will be:
Date/Time: Monday, September 28th from 9:00 - 11:30 AM
Location: The American Club, Colonial Room (3rd Floor)

Please book this on your calendars now and sort out with your co-leader(s) who will attend. We have a lot to share at the beginning of the year and we want to have a warm welcome for our new Troop Leaders!
Come by at 9:00 AM for coffee, tea and light refreshments; the meeting will start promptly at 9:30 AM. Access is via the main entrance on Claymore Hill where the Concierge Desk will direct you to the room.
Please note there is NO PARKING at the American Club for non-members, however there are several carparks within 5 minutes walk:
