Submit your Early Bird Patch Design

It's time once again for all Girl Scout artists to get out their markers, sharpen their pencils and start designing their entries for the 2017-18 USAGSO Early Bird Patch! Girls from Girl Scouts Overseas councils all over the world participate and only ONE design is chosen by the home office in the USA. Maybe this year it will be from Singapore? Use the link below to download the submission form and give it to your Girl Scout to create her design. Then scan or photograph it and submit follow the instructions to submit it by no later than March 15th, 2017.
