Payments Policy: Now Accepting PayPal!

Continuing our move to 'go digital' we have added two new online-friendly payment options: PayPal and Bank Transfers! These should make it more convenient for many parents; no more mailing checks or dropping off cash.

With this change we have also put together a new Payments Policy that outlines our payment terms & conditions for all USAGSO-Singapore membership dues, event registrations and other payments.
