Back by popular demand; for the second year in a row Junior/Cadette Troop 15 is putting on a beauty parlor at the Singapore American School (SAS) County Fair. There will be nail painting, bracelet making, henna and water-based tattoos and more!  The event runs from 10:45 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, February 28^th. So come on up to the Woodlands, have some fun and support your USA Girl Scouts in Singapore!
